I'm Dorothy, the face behind the food and the Head Chef of the small, independent catering company, Dotty in the Kitchen. I specialise in Private Dining, specifically helping you host seriously special and memorable events in your home or holiday accommodation.

My small team and I offer a completely bespoke Private Chef and Catering Service in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Northumberland and the surrounding area. Whether you're throwing an intimate dinner party at home home to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, planning a large and glittering canapés event, or planning your wedding catering, I will work with you to develop a totally unique, creative and delicious menu.

We champion seasonal and local produce, using only exclusively British, high welfare meat and as much local and organic produce as we can get our hands on. We use the seasons, and your input, to help guide us in the menu creation process.
