Bespoke Menu Design
From the moment you contact us, we will listen to your vision for the event and what kind of food you and your party love to eat. We can design a meal that incorporates your favourites, or perhaps recreates a special meal.
Seasonal and Local Produce
Locally sourced and high welfare meat from Charlotte's Butchery in Gosforth, the freshest fish and seafood from Phil's Plaice in North Shields and as much local and organic fruit and veg as we can possibly get our hands on! We do this because we know that our food tastes better when it's produced and sold by people who really, truly care about it.
We Don't Buy It In
When our menu says "freshly baked" or "homemade" we really mean it. It's freshly baked or homemade by us, for you. Chutneys and pickles, cakes, biscuits, breads and crackers, sauces and condiments - you name it, we make it ourselves in house.
End to End Service
From suggesting wine pairings to providing seasonal flowers or linens for the table, I can support you in the planning of all the finer details of your event. More importantly, we will make sure that your kitchen is left spotlessly clean.
Friendly and Professional Team
Over the years Dotty has built up a professional and friendly team of staff who will help ensure your event runs smoothly and that you feel totally at ease on the day and during the planning process. We never use agency staff.
