Join us for a relaxed and hands-on class where you’ll learn how to fillet, prepare, and cook fresh fish, mastering techniques like pan-searing, filleting, or poaching. We’ll explore a range of fish and seafood and create delicious accompaniments that bring out the natural flavors of the sea.
At the end of the class, you’ll sit down to enjoy your two-course seafood feast—fresh, flavourful, and simple enough to recreate at home.
Whether you're a seafood newbie or a self-proclaimed fish fanatic, this class will leave you hooked!
