Join us for a relaxed and hands-on class where you’ll learn how to pan sear duck to perfection and create a quick and easy red wine sauce. And, as if that's not enough you will also tackle the mysteries of choux pastry to create profiteroles.
At the end of the class, you’ll sit down to enjoy your two-course french feast—fresh, flavourful, and simple enough to recreate at home.
